ReorderableList

A six-dot grip appears beside an item on hover. Grabbing it lifts a copy that follows the pointer while an ink line shows where it will land; nothing else moves until it drops. Focused, the grip moves the item one place with the up and down arrows, and a screen reader hears where it went. Escape cancels a drag. A reader who may not change the order gets no grip.
